achieves Investor in People Standard

The Trustees and staff of RCRP are delighted to announce that the organisation has now achieved the Investor in People Standard.  This is the New Standard and RCRP are the first organisation in South Yorkshire to do so.

The award was achieved in December, 2005 and the Yorkshire and Humberside Assessment company who assessed us, had this to say on our achievement:

“It is clear that Rotherham Community Resource Programme effectively applies the Investors in People Standard.  The organisation has maintained a process of continuous improvement with the positive development of key processes.

Executive Summary

The feedback from the assessment indicates that the company has made considerable progress in developing a culture and working environment which reflects its corporate aims, vision and core values.

The company has developed strong foundations on which to build and develop its people management processes.

RCRP has many strengths, in particular, a dedicated and committed team of staff.

People explained how the organisation operates in an open, friendly and inclusive manner. It was explained how people are ready to share information and support each other in achieving the aims and objectives of the organisation.
